As it will be further reflected in this SMS, the Company plans to
achieve the objectives set by:

Maintaining high standard for safety consensus, personal discipline
and individual commitment to adherence of the
company’s policy and comprehensive understanding and application of
the documented SMS.

Promote employee participation (at all levels) in measures aimed at
the improving safety and environment protection. This to be actively
reflected through the monthly/ periodical shore-based and shipboard
drills, safety meeting…etc.
●
Setting safeguards and keeping all personnel aware of the potential
hazards and risk that may be encountered in various shipboard
operations. Moreover, the Company's SMS takes positive advantage of
setting the requirement of reporting of Near-Misses, analyzing and
investigating reported and detected Non-Conformities for corrective
action; and hence may circulate notices and circulars to company's
vessel.

Ensuring ship and shore-based personnel adherence at all times to
the documented SMS operating procedures and activities by
implementing an internal verification scheme.
●
Continuously reviewing all mandatory rules and regulations as may be
related to safety and pollution prevention in general and vessel
type in specific. Also, to carry out designated periodical
Management Review towards improved safety and environmental
protection.
